Halle Berry's Obsessive Stalker Fan Gets Restraining Order

Halle Berry has a stalker fan! His name is Richard A. Franco. He was arrested and charged with felony stalking and burglary. He allegedly scaled a wall to try and enter her guest house on her L.A. property. If he is found guilty, Franco will face up to a ten year restraining order. He has pled guilty to both charges.
